As per usual, OPEN Tennis Vol. 4 is packed with art, photography, and exceptional storytelling. With this new issue we continue our vibrant exploration of tennis through the lenses of culture, fashion, travel, and ideas.

Our cover for Volume 4 features German rising star Eva Lys, shot in Hamburg by Lotterman & Fuentes. In this issue, Owen Lewis takes on the press; Takashi Williams digs into the tawdry world of OnlyFans; Simon Cambers unpacks the players’ quirky superstitions; Noah Shulman shares his epic collection of tennis trading cards; and Charles Butler interviews tennis enthusiast and Pulitzer Prize-winning author Percival Everett. As always, we feature loads of original photography—not a single stock image in the issue, we’re pleased to report.
